Losing a baby is the hardest thing anyone will ever have to go through. All of us that have been through it experience similar feelings. The emotions feel like a roller coaster and you sometimes feel like you are going "crazy". You will come across many rude comments that people may make. Have you had people tell you "You are still young, you can have more"? Being young or old does not have anything to do with losing a baby. Have people compared a miscarriage to a stillbirth? A miscarriage is very hard (having experienced that too) but, that doesn't even come close to losing a baby that has developed and been able to kick you and live inside you for 20 or more weeks. Have you wanted to share your baby through pictures and then people stay away from you like you have the plague? What makes it really hard is when someone acts like they never existed or they say its "gross to show pictures of a dead baby". Our babies did exist and if we want to share our pictures, we will if we want to. That is all we have left of our precious angels. ~A friend had a stone made with a quote and his name on it
~Talk to other parents
~Hang a shadow box with pictures, lock of hair, hand / foot prints, etc.
~Visit the cemetery and take him toys for holidays
~Talk about him
~Look for signs
~Write poems or draw pictures
~Added Micah to other websites like "Missing Angels"
~Light candles in memory of him
~Have a shirt made with his name and picture on it
~Release balloons with messages
~Listen to music and cry when you need to
