All we needed was some closure. A long, long year of patiently waiting for good news of a case ended in even more heartache and disappointment. Not only was our son's case closed but, in the letter below it states how York Hospital is so concerned about our website. York Hospital has been monitoring our website instead of doing what they should and monitoring their patients. Even if we had a case and we could have sued the hospital, no amount of money will bring our son back. We just wanted the doctor/resident (Roseann J. Freundel) made aware of what she has done. We believe she should reconsider practicing in the field. We know what she did and she knows what she did. It's just a matter of stepping up to the plate and admitting it!
